Qualifications:
•At least 5 years experience in a network environment with internet.
•A Bachelor of Science degree in MIS, CS, or CIS or related engineering areas.
•Professional experience as an instructor for users of system applications, or at least two years in a customer support / help desk role.
•Must be great at communicating with system users in layman's english.
