Expectation of Availability

Strategic IT Management
A final critical element of our approach is our promise to seek and present opportunities to increase your capability or productivity through IT. Your account manager generally meets with company management monthly and quarterly to review recent performance reports, report on projects and present opportunities for improvements. Annually, your account manager reviews strategic plans and compares current infrastructure with future needs and presents a road map and budget for the coming year.

Account Manager
Early in the relationship we introduce you to an account manager who will have overall responsibility for your satisfaction. He or she fulfills the CIO function for your enterprise, spending the time and effort required to understand your business and strategy sufficiently to oversee the recommendations we make during the Initial Assessment. They also monitor our delivery of service on an on-going basis seeking to be sure that the best improvement opportunities available are presented for your consideration. The account manager is your single point of contact for all your IT infrastructure requirements.
Virtual NOC
Much of our work is done out of your view through remote monitoring utilities including specialized tools, operated by a specialized technical staff. We learned a long time ago that only certain individuals are suitable for remote monitoring roles. Besides watching over system condition, this is the team that verifies data backups and updates - activities that are generally ignored at the users' peril.
On Site Support Specialists
While much of importance can be done remotely, some things can't be. INFONALIGY provides regularly scheduled support staff visits for our clients. During these visits our staff will seek out requests that have not yet been made, look to address emerging situations that can cause performance lapses and perform those tasks that are enhanced by physical presence or face to face contact.
